This mug turned out so cute! The seller was very prompt with their communication including letting me know that orders were backlogged. They did such a good job capturing my pup! The turnaround time is on the longer side but they communicated this on the front end and were quick to respond when I checked in part way through. The mug shipped safely and arrived in lovely condition. I would definitely buy again and recommend this shop!
