All customized ceramics are final sale unless there’s a quality issue or shipping damage. We cannot accept returns for reasons like design preferences, color variations, or address mistakes.


What Counts as a "Quality Issue"? 🔍

We define quality issues as:
 Cracks longer than 5cm (visible to the naked eye).
 Kiln dust/ash spots larger than 5cm (clearly noticeable).
 Excessive glaze flaws affecting functionality (e.g., sharp edges, leaks).

Natural quirks like small pinholes, tiny ash specks, or subtle texture variations are part of handmade ceramics and do NOT qualify for returns. These imperfections add character to your unique piece! 🖤


Shipping Damage? We’ll Fix It! 📦💔

If your item arrives broken due to logistics issues (e.g., cracked during transit):
1️⃣ Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Send clear photos/video of the damaged product and packaging.
3️⃣ We’ll either remake your item (priority shipping!) or issue a full refund – your choice! ⚡

  • Design tweaks: Request within 48 hours of ordering! 🎨
  • Order cancellation: Full refund if canceled within 7 days. 💳
