1. Cleaning: Pearls should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. Avoid using chemical cleaners or harsh abrasives.

2. Storage: Pearls should be stored separately in a soft, dry place. Do not store pearls in airtight containers or near other jewelry pieces, as this can cause the pearls to dry out and crack.

3. Wear: Pearls should not be worn during activities such as swimming, exercising, or using chemical products.

4.Repairs: Kiss the moon jewels studio delicate and while sturdy enough to withstand everyday wear, please handle gently. 

Although uncommon, if your jewelry malfunctions or breaks within 2 weeks of purchase, I will repair the same at no extra cost. Please get in touch with me and provide pictured of the piece thats needs repair. Please ship the piece back to me. In case the piece cannot be repaired, I will refund the full cost of the item. 

After 2 weeks, the jewelry has been worn and unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for how it is treated. I am happy to repair it for you for a fee and offer professional advice. Please contact me for details at help@kissthemoon.shop
